Corporate Operations provides the infrastructure to support all programs and initiatives undertaken by the Office of the Comptroller General including human resources, finance and administration, freedom of information, information management, information systems and facilities management; identifies and responds to administrative, technical, human resource and financial implications of operational and policy decisions; is responsible for co-ordinating and producing strategic and business plans; develops, prepares and co-ordinates annual budget and estimates submissions; analyzes expenditures and FTE usage and prepares budget, forecasting, variance and management reports.
