Theresa Kerin is the former Assistant Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Children and Families BC. She has held a number of Assistant Deputy Minister positions with the British Columbia Government including responsibilities for welfare policy and community living services to adults with development disabilities. After leaving government she acted as a consultant to governments and health authorities on a wide range of issues including services to adults with fetal alcohol syndrome and strategic planning for electronic health record. Active in her community, Ms. Kerin serves as an English Language Class Assistant for the Inter Cultural Association Victoria. Ms. Kerin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manchester as well as a Master of Arts and a Fine Arts Diploma from the University of Victoria.
