Noriko Kawaguchi is currently a mediator for the Canadian Human Rights Commission. In the past she has worked as a mediator for the BC Human Rights Tribunal, Peaceful Planet Consulting and Mediate BC. In Alberta she worked for the Alberta Human Rights Commission as a mediator, investigator and researcher. Other employment includes: instructor for Parenting After Separation Workshops run by the Ministry of Justice; fitness instructor; scientific researcher and program coordinator for an immigrant/refugee serving organization. Ms. Kawaguchi holds her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta as well as her mediation certification from the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
