Anil Aggarwal is currently an Associate with Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang LLP. His practice is litigation based and mainly focuses matters pertaining to strata governance. He has appeared before various levels of Court and Tribunals. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Aggarwal worked as a Border Services Officer (BSO) with the Canada Border Services Agency. As a BSO, He conducted port of entry examinations to ensure traveller compliance with the Customs Act, Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, Criminal Code and other various Acts of Parliament. Mr. Aggarwal serves as a Member of the Employment and Assistance Appeals Tribunal. He is a former Registration Committee Member for the BC College of Nursing Professionals and former Committee Member of the College of Pharmacists of BC. Mr. Aggarwal obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and his J.D. from the University of British Columbia.
