Ryan Clements is a lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of criminal and quasi-criminal litigation. He began his legal career in the field of constitutional law at the Department of Justice Canada. He has since worked as a Crown Counsel for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada and as an Associate Discipline Counsel for the Law Society of Ontario. Mr. Clements now maintains a trial and appellate criminal law practice throughout the Northwest Territories. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and the Northwest Territories and has also appeared before the review boards in those jurisdictions, the tribunals established under Part XX.1 of the Criminal Code. He has had occasion to give continuing legal education presentations in the areas of both administrative and criminal law. Mr. Clements is a former volunteer for the Ontario Justice Education Network. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto.
