Frank Cole recently retired from his role as Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Mr. Cole was appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1996 and later appointed Deputy Judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon 2011. Prior to his position with the Supreme Court, Mr. Cole Practiced law in Vernon for 25 years. At that time, he was actively involved with the Vernon Community. He served as a Member and President of the Vernon and District Association, as a member of the North Okanagan Youth and Family Services Society and he was elected to the School Board of Vernon for two terms. Mr. Cole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School.
