The Capital Asset Management Framework describes government's objectives and policies for planning and managing publicly-funded capital assets such as schools, hospitals, and buses.
The Framework consists of three integrated components:

The checklist (pdf 78 kB) provides additional details on how to meet the province’s minimum standards for acquiring capital assets that are constructed by public-sector agencies.
