1 The 1999/00 budget included a revenue allowance of $230 million, which was deducted from revenue. In order to be consistent with the presentation used for 2000/01, this allowance has been shown as a forecast allowance for the summary accounts deficit.
2 In the 1999/00 budget, only aggregate estimates were prepared for taxpayer-supported and self-supported Crown corporations and agencies. In this presentation, detailed budget estimates are provided based on forecasts prepared by the Ministry of Finance and Corporate Relations.
3 Includes earnings/(losses) of British Columbia Transit, British Columbia Securities Commission, Okanagan Valley Tree Fruit Authority, Tourism British Columbia and other taxpayer-supported Crown corporations and agencies.
4 Dividends from the British Columbia Buildings Corporation that are included in CRF revenue.
5 Primarily includes adjustments to record the amortization of the cost of highways transferred to the BC Transportation Financing Authority.
6 Includes earnings/(losses) of the Columbia Power Corporation and 552513 British Columbia Ltd. (Skeena Cellulose Inc.) and other self-supported Crown corporations.
7 Includes dividends from self-supported Crown corporations that are included in CRF revenue.
