1 Unless otherwise indicated, figures for prior years have been restated to be consistent with the presentation used in 1999/00. Consolidated revenue fund revenue amounts exclude dedicated revenue collected on behalf of, and transferred to, Crown corporations, agencies, and other entities.
2 Beginning in 1997/98, a portion of hotel room tax is dedicated to the Tourism BC Crown corporation.
3 For 1998/99, real estate earnings of the Crown Land Special Account include revenues previously recorded in other miscellaneous revenue and interest income. Total revenue is unaffected by the change.
4 The British Columbia Endowment Fund was dissolved effective June 30, 1995.

Effective April 1, 1999 the estimate includes motor fuel tax collected in the Victoria regional transit area only, as a result of the creation of the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority.
10 Effective April 1, 1999, includes 4 cents/litre on motor fuel (previously collected on behalf of BC Transit), social service tax on parking in the Vancouver transit area, plus an additional transfer of 4 cents/litre on motor fuel in Vancouver transit area (total surcharge on motor fuel in Vancouver transit area is 8 cents/litre).
11 Includes motor fuel tax and social service tax on short-term rentals of passenger vehicles. 1998/99 figure is based on a 2 cents/litre tax on motor fuels. The 1999/00 figure assumes an additional 1 cent/litre on clear fuels effective June 1, 1999.

17 Includes incremental stumpage and royalty revenue resulting from changes to rates introduced under the provincial government's Forest Renewal Plan on and after May 1, 1994.
